Tony Seltzer Announces New Album

Today, New York City producer Tony Seltzer is announcing a new mixtape. The project, Hey Tony, will arrive on September 10th, and to coincide with the announcement he’s sharing the lead single and video featuring Eartheater: “Joyride.” The track finds Eartheater effortlessly floating over a thumping beat from Tony with ethereal vocals. The track’s visual, starring both Eartheater and Lourdes Leon, shows fast-paced scenes from a symbolic joyride including sports cars drifting circles around choreographed dancers, color-filled carwashes, and more. Hey Tony features some of Tony Seltzer’s most exciting collaborators, with Wiki, Key!, Lucki, Hook, Mavi, and more all making appearances in addition to co-production contributions from A Lau, Jam City, Bobby Horror, Stoopidxool, Grimm Doza, and others.

Over the last 5 years, producer Tony Seltzer has come to mold a sound that’s both distinctly New York, but has spread across rap more broadly. The producer has an innate ability to connect with an extremely diverse array of rappers from the city, tapping artists from both the underground and mainstream and not limiting himself to one style or sound. Names he has worked with include Jay Critch, Princess Nokia, Lil Tjay, Wiki, Smokepurpp, Gloss Gang, Rich the Kid, Show Me The Body, Wifigawd, French Montana, and many more. Tony Seltzer continues to collaborate frequently and has grown to work with artists not just in New York City but across the world.
