Plastic Picnic Release New Single

Brooklyn-based dream-pop indie rockers Plastic Picnic are excited to present “Roslyn”, the latest track to be lifted from the Friday, July 29 release of the band’s long-awaited debut album, As Long As You Need. A song about heavy loss and grieving, “Roslyn” features haunting harmonies provided by acclaimed pop duo Overcoats and follows the band’s previous single, “Pixie”.

“‘Roslyn’ is an intimate reflection of a family death,” vocalist/guitarist Emile Panerio said. “Wrestling with the pain of unraveling the threads of a personal tragedy, ‘Roslyn’ is one of the more delicate songs on the record and leans more towards the introspective folk undertones of Big Thief or Phoebe Bridgers while still holding true to our brand of wistful dream rock.”
