Forever May Fall Premieres “Undertow”

“‘Undertow’ is about the physical disconnection of society, while remaining constantly connected via a virtual reality. With the loss of traditional contact and communication, we’re easily influenced by the next bandwagon thought, what is relevant, what is popular. Addicted to likes and follows and numbers, yet still feeling empty as we lack traditional value,” Forever May Fall shares.

Forever May Fall is a four-piece rock band from Charlotte, North Carolina founded in 2017 by vocalist & songwriter Jillyan “Fox” Brennan. With one album down, a lineup change, and a global pandemic abruptly halting momentum, the band has come back swinging with their hiatus breaking single “Aftermath” released in February of 2022. Rebranding and blending the sounds of influences such as Evanescence, Halestorm, Bad Omens, Spiritbox, Underoath, and many more, Forever May Fall hopes to break the molds of any one genre. Working with producers such as Joshua Landry (LØ Spirit, Motionless in White, Funeral Portrait), Kile Odell, (Nita Strauss, Motionless in White, Fozzy) and Wes Lauterbach (Lowborn) has made that possible. “No two songs sound exactly alike. We have our sound on it for sure, but everyone we’ve been blessed to work with has added their own bit of finesse to each track. To me, that makes each release more exciting,” says Jillyan. “This is our rebirth” – a word that has stuck with guitarist & songwriter, Colt Crevar since his addition to the band in late 2020. “Rebirth, rebranding, we’re getting back out there and we’re doing it in a big way.”
