French duo The Blaze shares their new single “Dreamer” via Animal63. Coupled with the new song is a video self-directed by The Blaze. “Dreamer” is a glimpse of a new opus for 2023. As always, everything The Blaze create is open to total interpretation. The ambiguity of their music and film alike is arguably what makes the duo so alluring, constantly launching the viewer high onto a bed of complex human emotions.
The Blaze are a French duo consisting of cousins Guillaume and Jonathan Alric, both music producers and film directors. Their story began with their inaugural track “VIRILE,” released in 2016 on Bromance Records. The duo then went on to release their debut TERRITORY EP in April 2017 and in 2018, released their debut album Dancehall alongside “Heaven” and “Queen” music videos via Animal63. After releasing “Eyes” in June 2022, they spent the summer performing at premier European festivals such as Sonar in Barcelona and Roskilde in Copenhagen, presenting their new live show which also saw them debuting exclusive tracks.
The duo have also just announced European headline shows in Berlin, Paris, and London set for next spring, which will be on sale on November 14th.
